Pascale Lanctôt-Leroy

SENIOR LAWYER, INVESTIGATOR & FOUNDER

Me Pascale Lanctôt-Leroy is the founder of Climat Légal. She is a senior investigator, designated recipient, ombuds and trainer in several fields, including psychological and sexual harassment, diversity and inclusion, discrimination and organizational and relational conflicts. She specializes in the trauma approach in investigations and combines the latest legal, psychological and sociological developments in the field of workplace investigations and human relations. 

Me Lanctôt-Leroy is part of the Work Place Harassment and Violence Prevention Regulations Registry of Investigators .  

Me Lanctôt-Leroy is an expert trainer on violence and harassment in the workplace who regularly teaches in major governmental department and agencies. She was also an appointed lecturer at the Université du Québec à Montréal in social and labour law. 

Me Lanctôt-Leroy collaborates on various research projects conducted by the Santé-Genre-Égalité (SAGE) interdisciplinary workplace research team. She participates in the work of expert committees charged with studying the treatment of sexual assault and sexual harassment in the workplace, following recommendation 138 of the report Rebâtir la confiance. She also acts as a lawyer and project manager for non-profit organizations such as the Clinique juridique Juripop. 

 As part of her Master of law, Me Lanctôt-Leroy is studying the psychological issues surrounding the return to work and quality of life of employees who have filed a psychological harassment complaint.

Naomi Boehmer

SENIOR LAWYER, INVESTIGATOR

Naomi Boehmer holds a Bachelor of Civil Law (B.C.L.) and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from McGill University’s Faculty of Law, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Waterloo. Before joining Climat, Naomi worked as a public servant for the federal government. She has also worked with legal clinics in the fields of employment and labour law and human rights.

Darena Muça

LAWYER, WORKPLACE INVESTIGATOR

A member of the Quebec Bar, Darena Muça holds dual degrees in Civil and Common Law (B.C.L./J.D., 2023) from McGill University, where she majored in Commercial Negotiation and Dispute Resolution.
 
Before transitioning into workplace investigations, Darena practiced civil and commercial litigation at a renowned Montreal boutique litigation firm. She worked on class actions, employment law, and professional liability matters, where she developed strong analytical and advocacy skills, as well as experience managing complex legal files. This background enabled her to cultivate a rigorous and professional approach, together with a nuanced understanding of the interpersonal dynamics that can arise in complex matters.
 
Drawing on her experience in litigation and dispute resolution, Darena approaches workplace investigations with professionalism, objectivity, and empathy. Guided by values of rigour, fairness, and respect, she is committed to fostering healthy and respectful work environments and brings a thoughtful and human-centred perspective to each mandate.

Victoria Lemieux

LAWYER, WORKPLACE INVESTIGATOR

A graduate in Psychology (2018) and a law degree from the University of Ottawa (2023), Victoria Lemieux was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2024. She began her legal career at Quebec’s workplace health and safety authority (CNESST), where she gained experience in analyzing complex incidents within a work environment, before transitioning into workplace investigations.
 
Drawing on her background in both law and psychology, Victoria brings a deep understanding of how legal principles and human behavior intersect in workplace investigations. Known for her professional yet humane approach, she conducts impartial investigations with sensitivity, ensuring a discreet and trauma-informed environment for all parties involved

Alesandra Rossi

SOCIAL WORKER & PROJECT MANAGER

Alesandra Rossi holds dual master’s degrees in social work from McGill University and International Development & Humanitarian Action Management from Université Laval. Specializing in trauma intervention, crisis response, and intercultural contexts, she brings expertise in project management and training programs. With experience spanning various regions of Québec and international settings, Alesandra’s frontline psychosocial support includes designing and delivering training on trauma-informed approaches, gender-based violence, and aiding victims of sexual violence. Collaborating with our team, she ensures our services are continually enriched by the latest insights in trauma-informed care.
