Our team is committed to making a positive impact in your workplace through innovative, customized solutions.
Our Values
We are committed to providing the best quality service, applying our team’s diverse experiences and expertise.
Our work is focused on the people and communities at the heart of workplaces with whom we collaborate.
We are constantly staying up to date with the latest research and developments related to workplace health, safety, and well–being to provide cutting-edge services.
We work to advance fairness and justice in all of our work, by identifying and addressing systemic risks and barriers in workplaces.
We provide our services with the utmost impartiality, working to empower all members of a workplace, rather than representing the interests of any one actor.
Our Expertise
Our interventions, led by jurists and lawyers, are always based on the legislative framework applicable to your workplace. Our methodology is derived from applicable legislation, case law, scientific literature, and best practices. We are constantly updating our knowledge and skills to deal with sensitive cases.
We regularly conduct legal and academic research to support our work, specifically in the areas of labour and employment law, human rights law, and workplace harassment and violence prevention.
We also participate in research projects with collaborators in various fields related to workplace health, safety, and well-being.
In all our work, we apply an intersectional approach, in line with the GBA+ framework. This allows us to highlight the ways in which organizational structures and systemic barriers may impact some people differently, based on their particular identities.
We collaborate with experts in an array of fields, including organizational psychology, social work, and education to understand and address complex workplace health, safety, and well–being issues.
